Every year, the members of the Upsilon Chapter design a unique and interactive presentation for the current first year pharmacy students as an opportunity to fostered growth in our future leaders.
2018
Friday, April 20th
Dr. Pei Jin Lin, from Houston Methodist, shared her experiences and viewpoints on leadership development in the field of pharmacy. Then the Phi Lambda Sigma members engaged the Class of 2021 in a series of case studies based on leadership within the college of pharmacy.

Friday, April 14th
The newly inducted members of the Upsilon Chapter provided presentations on different topics regarding leadership for the P1 class at the University of Houston College of Pharmacy. These included topics such as leadership awareness, qualities of a good leader, public speaking, time management, and more. Phi Lambda Sigma members also facilitated activities designed to recognize different leadership styles and to practice public speaking.
